Tortilla Pizza
These taste best with whole wheat type
tortillas, but regular flour tortillas work well also. You
will also need some pizza sauce and shredded cheese. Either
mozzarella or cheddar will do.
To make simply spread each tortilla lightly
with sauce. Then sprinkle with cheese. Although
you could bake these in an oven, it's not necessary.
Simply pop them into a large nonstick frying pan on medium heat.
Cook until cheese is melted and tortilla has become crispy around
the edges. Allow cheese to cool slightly before eating.
CAUTION: We do not recommend allowing children under
12 years old to cook on the stove top. Kids should NEVER
use the stove without the permission and supervision of a grown-up.

Muffin Pizza
1 package English muffins
ready made pizza sauce
shredded mozzarella (can use cheddar or jack)
Split english muffin open and lightly cover
each half with sauce (about 1 or 2 tablespoons). Sprinkle
generously with cheese. Bake in the toaster oven or
conventional oven for about 5-10 minutes at 350°F
degree. Do not allow to over brown.
CAUTION: We do not recommend allowing children under
12 years old to use a conventional oven. Toaster
ovens may be a safe alternative for children 9 years old and up.
Close supervision required.
